it's perfect place to stay for family. the bed was comfortable, the staff was helpfull. we had goodies and coffee at fragola, it was located extremely close to the venue.

The manager here was always super helpful, which made our stay so much easier. Plus, we were stoked to have free Wi-Fi 🙌.

My stay at Apartterrazas Guayaquil -Suites&Lofts- was exceptional. The two-story loft apartment was spacious and perfect for my family. The staff was welcoming and the 24-hour front desk was convenient. There were many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay. The spacious two-story loft apartments with kitchens and two full baths were perfect for our family. The area was quiet and safe and we had easy access to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming, even though we arrived very late in the evening. We also appreciated the 24-hour front desk and the fact that the hotel was close to the touristic center of this city.

Stayed in an apartment that was well-equipped with necessary amenities and had an amazing view of the city. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The apartment could use some minor upgrades to make it perfect. the furnishings were a bit worn out and could have been replaced.

Staying here was a great decision for me and my friends! We loved the location since it was close to the touristic centre and restaurants. Our room was clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen which was perfect for our group. the staff were attentive and helpful with taxi arrangements. It was also great to have two modern bathrooms and a comfortable king size bed.

We had to buy bottled water as there was no safe drinking water available.

The towels and linens were old and seemed to be of poor quality. the cookware and utensils were inadequate, making it difficult to cook anything properly.
